Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can you guarantee, that the courses offered are officially authorized Cisco courses with appropriate Cisco training material?

A: Yes, all courses we offer are conducted by the best Cisco Learning Partners / Cisco Learning Solutions Partners.

Q: Are your instructors Cisco certified?

A: All instructors are Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSI) with years of experience. Every instructor who teaches a course, needs to hold the appropriate level of certification. ie: Cisco CCIE boot camps will only be taught by Cisco CCIEs.

Q: I was attending a Cisco training course at xxxxx recently and the trainer had no hands-on real world experience? What sort of instructors do you have?

A: All the instructors are not only instructors. They all come from the hands-on consultancy background and only got into training afterwards. All the instructors also work hands-on at customer sites and only teach around 50% of their time. Therefore they can add a lot more real-world experience value to the courses.

Q: We want to run a training session in-house at our premises. Do you offer that as well?

A: Yes, we do. We also resell all official Cisco training courses or customized tailored courses to be delivered at customer premises worldwide.

Q: I want to pass the Cisco IPS exam. I heard it is very difficult. Will I pass after attending your Cisco IPS course?

A: Yes, you will. The theory course material from Cisco along with in-depth hands-on lab exercises will prepare you to pass your certification exam.>

Q: How often do you run your Cisco training courses and where?

A: All our courses run on almost a weekly cycle in all major cities across the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia & New Zealand

Q: I want to sit the Cisco CCNP exams after attending the training courses. Are the VUE exam vouchers included in the price?

A: Unfortunately not. But we may be able to arrange a discount for our candidates

Q: What is the difference between an in-house and a public schedule Cisco course?>

A: An in-house course is also referred to as "closed-course" and takes place for employees of one company at their premises. On the other hand a public schedule course takes place in a training centre and candidates will come from different companies.

Q: I am interested in attending a CCIE Routing & Switching Boot Camp. I need to find the best boot camp around. Why should I choose yours?

A: The CCIE boot camps (all tracks) are conducted by CCIEs only. We have CCIE instructors in all 5 tracks and they have 10+ years consultancy and teaching experience. We have an average of 90% first-time passers on the CCIE lab exam, which we are, quite frankly, very proud of.
